Recent weeks have produced a barrage of news and legal decisions regarding copyright law and issues of fair use. Hopefully, clear heads appear to prevail in our US lawmaking bodies regarding the cultural changes going on in media. Also important to watch, Google is overcoming hurdles on the path towards their Book project.
